How to use

01

Enter Peptide Mass

The lyophilised mass stated on the vial, in milligrams. Use the label figure, not the assayed content, unless you are working from the batch certificate.

02

Enter Diluent Volume

The volume of bacteriostatic water or other diluent added to the vial, in millilitres.

03

Enter Target Amount

The amount of material the aliquot should contain, in micrograms or milligrams.

04

Read the Concentration

The result gives concentration in mcg/mL and the aliquot volume containing the target amount. Verify independently before relying on either figure.

Formula reference

Concentration

(Peptide mg × 1000) ÷ Water mL

= mcg / mL

Aliquot Volume

Dose (mcg) ÷ Concentration

= mL
