Overview
The nasal spray bottle is a sterile, metered-dose delivery device designed for intranasal administration of reconstituted peptide solutions. Supplied empty and sterile, it is filled by the researcher under aseptic conditions prior to use. The fine-mist pump mechanism ensures consistent spray particle size for reliable mucosal absorption — a critical factor in intranasal pharmacokinetic research.
Research Applications
Intranasal Peptide Delivery
The nasal mucosa provides direct access to systemic circulation and, via the olfactory route, to the central nervous system — bypassing the blood-brain barrier. This makes intranasal delivery the preferred administration route for nootropic peptides such as Semax and Selank in research settings.
Consistent Metered Dosing
The fine-mist pump delivers approximately 100 µL per actuation, enabling reproducible dosing across experimental sessions. Precise volume control is essential for maintaining consistent research protocols.
Compatible Research Peptides
Routinely used with Semax, Selank, DSIP, and other water-soluble peptides. Always reconstitute your peptide with bacteriostatic water and transfer to the spray bottle under sterile conditions. Store the filled bottle at 2–8 °C.
How to Fill
Reconstitute your peptide vial with bacteriostatic water to your target concentration using a sterile syringe.
Remove the spray pump from the bottle by pulling it straight up.
Draw the reconstituted peptide solution into a syringe and transfer it into the bottle.
Reinsert the pump firmly until it clicks into place.
Prime the pump with 2–3 strokes before first use. Store at 2–8 °C and use within 28 days.
Research Purposes Only — This product is sold strictly for in vitro and preclinical research use. Not intended for human or veterinary administration. Always follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures and institutional guidelines.
