Shipping Policy

UK — Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 5PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day via tracked courier. Orders placed after 5PM or on weekends are dispatched the following working day.

International Shipping

We ship globally. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 working days for Europe and 5–14 working days for the rest of the world. All international shipments are sent via tracked service.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Zenterex is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also track your orders from your account dashboard under My Orders.

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, failed delivery), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
