About Synthetic Peptide Analogues
Synthetic analogues grouped by what has been done to the sequence rather than by the pathway it acts on: stabilised fragments and retro-inverso constructs, studied in cellular assay models.
Epitalon is a four amino acid sequence studied for its reported effect on telomerase transcription and pineal enzyme activity. FOXO4-DRI is a retro-inverso construct, assembled from D-amino acids in reverse sequence so that proteases cannot cleave it, and studied in FOXO4-p53 interaction and senescence-marker assays.
Both are supplied as lyophilised powders with an independent certificate of analysis. Sequence, molecular weight and CAS number are listed on each product page alongside the batch report.
Supplied for laboratory research use only.
