The BPC-157 and TB-500 Stack: How People Run It
The most common recovery stack there is. Why the two work well together, how people dose them, how long they run it, and what to add.
This is the most ordered combination in recovery, and unusually for a popular stack there is a real reason for it.
Why they work together
They fix different halves of the same problem.
BPC-157 brings blood in. It grows new capillaries into damaged tissue, which is what slow-healing tissue lacks.
TB-500 brings cells in. It helps repair cells physically move to where the damage is.
Blood supply and cell delivery. Neither substitutes for the other, which is why running both does more than doubling either.
Our full comparison covers the mechanisms properly.
How people run it
| BPC-157 | TB-500 | |
|---|---|---|
| Dose | 250 to 500 mcg | 2 to 2.5 mg |
| Frequency | Every day | Twice a week |
| Where | Near the injury if you can | Anywhere |
| Loading phase | None | Some people run 4 to 6 weeks higher, then drop |
A common pattern is 4 to 6 weeks on both for a fresh injury, or 8 to 12 weeks for something that has been there for years. Then stop, and see what holds.
The two are injected separately. They are not mixed in one syringe.
What to add
**GHK-Cu** if skin, scars or collagen matter to you. It is the third compound in the recovery bundle for that reason.
KPV if gut inflammation is part of the picture.
Adding more than three at once is usually a mistake. If something changes you will not know which one did it.
What to expect
- Weeks 1 to 2 — the repair work starts under the surface.
- Weeks 2 to 4 — the first clear change, normally less background ache.
- Weeks 4 to 8 — the bulk of the improvement.
- After stopping — most people report the gain holds, because the tissue actually changed rather than the symptom being masked.
Practical notes
**Reconstitute both with bacteriostatic water**, not sterile water, if you will be drawing from the vial for more than a few days. Our reconstitution guide covers it.
Store both at minus 20 degrees Celsius once mixed, and keep them dark.
Use insulin syringes. The volumes are small and a normal syringe cannot measure them accurately.
Write down what you did. Dose, date, batch number. If something works you want to be able to repeat it.
